All presenters should upload their contributions (extended abstracts for invited presentations, and poster files for regular presentations), prepared according to templates:
- Abstract template
- Poster template
- Extended abstract template
The contributions should be uploaded from the Personal Area on the EuroEAP system.

Exhibition of prototypes and products
Attendees interested in exhibiting prototypes and/or products, should send an expression of interest to info@euroeap-conference-2026.ch
Society Challenge
Show off your prototypes and their impact on society by taking part in the 2026 EuroEAP Society Challenge!
Call for industrial talks
Up to 2 industrial talks will be selected by the conference committee. In order to contribute, an abstract has to be sent to the local organizer (info@euroeap-conference-2026.ch). Priority will be given to the scientific content to stimulate discussions with the EuroEAP conference attendees. Industrial participants, presenting a talk or not, must register as regular participants to the conference.
